She received her Bachelor of Fine Art at York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. While pursuing her BFA she also spent a summer at the Banff School of Fine Art in Alberta, Canada. Her medium is mainly acrylic on canvas but she ventures into oil, watercolor, pastel, print making and clay. Sharon's work currently has a botanical flow capturing change while portraying various dichotomies and ambiguities within the play of form and color enhancing the intangibility of location and ambiguity of the real, or surreal. Her work has been featured in various solo and group shows in Canada, St. Vincent and the United States.
